I found this vintage black-and-white CRT TV at an estate sale and decided to turn it into a KODI Media Server using a Raspberry Pi. I had to edit the config files to have the Pi output a composite signal, then I routed that through a RF Modulator that outputs the signal to the TV’s VHF connection.
I loaded the media server up with hundreds of early black-and-white educational films, all science or electronics themed, from my personal data horde. They are set to play randomly on a continuous loop, so anytime I want I can turn the tv on and watch whatever is playing.
